Why sales so bad?

Title encapsulates it but I've tried everything I can think of as far as simple fixes. Also the level of slowness is about 1 frame per second. Running Windows 7 64 bit on a Lenovo Z70. Nvidia GeForce 840M graphics card with 8GBs of RAM. Not a big rush but help is appreciated nonetheless ^_^...

Anyone else have these issues?

I remember playing this at EGX in Birmingham one year. Remember thinking it was awesome. Pretty sure I used a controller... Controller doesn't work. So I tried keyboard controls. It seemed on the menu screen I was using WASD. And then on another menu screen, WASD stopped working and arrow keys worked. When I started the game, after the comic book bit, the controls were non sensical. No key binding options at least? Shame. The game played well at EGX. The art style and the music is very cool....

Bought this game on bundle star for its art design. But then the control is absolutely insane. I can make this game run smooth on K/M setting, but I can't change the move key to WASD and jump key to space. Everytime I change it and back out it will come back to default. Dev said there's gonna be a patch last year, I hope he didn't abandon this game......
