RUNNING WITH RIFLES: EASTERN FRONT is still coming out?
I havent hear anything about it in a while, is still coming out? Thanks!

It will, but at this time we are unable to estimate a release date. All four of us DLC developers (Trem, TheSoldier, 577, and me) have full time jobs outside game development, and we had a rather busy year which has slowed down our progress. Rest assured we have the full intention of eventually releasing it!

Eastern Front DLC this year?
hey there really liking that you guys have all the theatres! pacific and western front. looking forward to the eastern front too. Any idea if it will come out in 2025

Talking about the fact that they've been saying its on the way and its coming for how long now? Thats why there's zero faith.

I didn't at all attempt to do that. Maybe don't put yourself on a pedestal and think everyone is talking about you. I'm allowed to offer my opinion, sorry if you can't handle that.

If we were to decide to cancel the Eastern Front DLC then we would make an official announcement about it, there is zero point in lying about it for us. We don't have sponsors or a publisher that relies on our work, nor there are any pre-orders, it's literally only our own interest to get the DLC done.
Besides we made some good progress during the holidays and so far the momentum is carrying on.

Clearly trying to work on both isn't quite working out so well. You guys keep giving the same excuse of "We're just a few devs and we have full time jobs outside of this" which holds no water when you're working on RW2.

You can't keep stringing people along and telling them the DLC is coming when you're working on RW2. Clearly thats being made the priority. You do have the time you're just choosing not to use it. Just be honest with people.

Its 2 different teams working on the game, the original devs of RWR is the ones working on the sequel. The DLC dev team is working on the EF DLC. The RWR/RWR2 devs have little to do with the DLC´s as i understand.

I have faith that we will get the Eastern Front DLC before Half-Life 3 ever releases.

I hope they will add world war 1 DLC into RWR2.WW1 is very interesting.

most likely will be modded in. Don't know what RWR2 will be like and considering the new mechanics they are introducing, may see things we didn't expect.

For me, a hospital feature be pretty cool. Hospital will send a abulance out to rescue injured soldiers, each on saved will just retain a better troop. Like an Ork from 40k, the older and experienced Ork will be tougher and tougher to kill.

Even a rank system that actually have a bit more impact. Maybe even a player can just grind to be in charge of a faction
