In multiplayer people who join don't have a hud and get a black screen when a mission starts

The game now crashing bcs of some fatal error pls- i just bought it today and wanted to play

If you host a multiplayer session youre fine, if you join a multiplayer session you have no HUD and when you load into a map the screen goes black

Also get a fatal error by starting the game, reinstall doesn't fix the bug ..
