I've done most of these quests so far, but a little stuck on this one, because IDK who that is. What act are they encountered, is there some special unlock condition needed to fight them? A bestiary would be nice.

Could prove I'm just bad at the game, but these feel like significant outliers to me. Moles show up as yellow encounters in Act II, but in most situations I think they're more dangerous than Act II red encounters. They have enough health you're not killing them quickly - especially as you're likely fighting them just coming out of Act I - while consistently disrupting your ability to fight back. Honestly I think 20 health and hitting for 4 turn after turn would be painful enough for a start of Act II figh...

I've seen a few screenshots of runs with +13-17 difficulty modifiers and I was wondering how they even got the luck to roll all those specific negative traits. Is there a method of directly selecting modifers from the compendium, or did they just keep rolling till they found it?...
