English language not working
I selected the language option, but nothing changes.

FWIW, it did eventually work for me. Just had to exit out of the game and try it again.

I went to the menu, selected idioma, and clicked on EN. Nothing changed. I tried this several times, going in and out of the menu, clicking languages, but it never changed. Eventually, I closed the game. I picked it up a couple of days later, went to the menu, clicked EN, and it worked perfectly. No clue why it worked then but not the first time, but that's what happened.
