Save state plz plz plz

Is it possible to have a way to save the game in the future update? I would really appreciate having a way to save and resume my exploration from where I left off without starting over entirely. Thank you

Same, located 3 of 4 researchers in level one, had to give up after an hour. Great atmosphere, not sure I want to restart level one and put another hour into finding all four for the objective.

Tried again, found the 4 and the backtrack to the starting point was just tedious, a closer transition to the next level would have maintained the pace.

Gave up at the pool level. Too much ground to cover between interactive items, I lost interest. Sorry!

Yeah, Ive found the 4 scientists twice and explored but got a little bored towards the poolrooms.

Id play this again in a heartbeat, but not until save states are implemented. Ill do all that one more time but Im not playing a game without saves.

Dev's, please listen to your customers. This game needs a save state, at least for each level. Starting from the beginning is seriously a drag and will put most people off and get rid of the objective text at the top of the screen....find 4 scientists...we understand
