Implement the old time exclusive events as rare events

I remember a time exclusive event where there was a blinking ship that could have an acid shooting weapon which would use your bands as ammo. It has been removed now but I think it would be cool if it could be permanently implemented as a rare occurrence.

Idk if there were any other time exclusive events but same for those too if they existed

all of those weapons still exist and can be acquired. Whenever you're in the elevator they're considered 'one of the unique weapons', there are six of them if i recall correctly.
