Not sure what's going on. My computer is fairly new, so running this game should be child's play. Heck, I picked up AC Shadows today and can play it no problem. For some reason, this game is artificially slowed down, like it's having extreme frame rate problems, stuttering and skipping for no apparent reason. I've tried the fix that says to go into the Options file and edit it. I've tried changing the latency thing in Nvidia to Ultra. Neither fix worked. What the heck is going on??
