The same thing has been happening to me, and the only way to actually access my wallet is if i specifically purchase 1 item and when i go through the whole process of what amount i want an error has occurred.

Did both of you try and restart your client so it's fresh then purchasing? I sometimes have this problem and doing that is the trick for me anyway.

Think it has something to do with the overlay and what not.

i tried that, as well as restarting the computer. i think i shall try restarting the client again though just to double check

Definitely restart your Steam, again it could be the Steam overlay itself acting up.

ok so i just did it now it goes back to the whole "temprarily declining my purchase for my protection"... which it kind of does if its not "an error has occured" message... it alternates between those two messages for me:/

I've restarted my computer and even restarted my client but im still not getting anything.

Please ensure your steam game overlay is on when you are in game. Sometimes its not on at the beginning due to some error.

I let a dev know about the problem.

i looking at this thread now through overlay, its working, but nothing comes up for me to buy

and the overlay solution does not work...for me at least

then the next weird thing is when i tried to make an account to send a ticket i never recieved an email and keep resending nothing in my spam box nothing
