i saw this other game just recently in store, which looks almost same as My Suika, is this copyright issue?

No. All these games are based on an original game, and it's not possible to copyright game mechanics. If the art were all identical then the artists of the other game would have a case, but that's not true here.

Either way both games are a rip of a previously existing game. Now there is an argument to be made regarding the overwhelming similarities when it comes to function and name.
