Graphic card gets really hot in Menus after UPDATE!
I don't know if it's the latest Nvidia driver or the game update, as I installed both on the same day, but since then my PC has been very noisy in the menus and my graphics card gets loud and hot.

The problem was already there at release, but in the meantime they fixed it and it ran okay.

But now the problem is back and worse than before. Does anyone else have this problem? Everything runs normally in gameplay, only in the menus does the PC run at maximum performance

When you do a full reinstall of the graphic driver, all the nvidia control panel settings are deleted. So if you capped the game at 60fps before, it doesnt has the cap now. So maybe your graphic card trys to reach your monitor/tv refresh rate and you have over 100fps in the menue which lead to an hot graphic card. When people play fifa with more then 60fps its just dumb. It costs more power, more energy and it melts your graphic card. In a genre where you dont need more then 60fps. People dont understand that 120fps or more is only interesting for shooter and racing games.

Oh, good to know! When the game first launched, it ran pretty poorly, and all the performance guides suggested setting the frame rate to match the monitor’s refresh rate, which really helped me. So, I’ve just kept it that way ever since. I’ll try switching back to 60fps and see if it runs just as smoothly or if I start getting delays again

This matching of the monitors refresh rate is the problem. 10 years ago that topic wasnt a problem as most monitors and tv`s had only 60fps. Nowadays new monitors and tv´s release with a refresh rate between 120hz - 260hz and people believe now they can use this instantly for every game they own. Reality is only shooter and racing games support high fps while in the most other genres like rpg, puzzle, tcg the common standard is 30-60 fps. When you try to play these games with 100fps or more your graphic card gets hot because these games are not made to reach high fps. Also most people nowadays like to play fifa in 2k or 4k resolution on a big screen. That is very hardware demanding. Even with 60fps. The newest 4080 Super graphic card from nvidia officially supports 120 fps with 2k resolution. Now imagine you play with 4k resolution and 200fps and a 3080 TI. Of course your graphic card gets hot, the game has desync problems because its only made for 60fps and you pay a lot of money for your power bill. So, if dont play a shooter or racing game use 30-60fps, your power consume is low, your fans are silent and your graphic card only reaches 40-60degree.
