The Rubedo boss is farmable, if you can obtain a wepon that can break the meat blocks before they respawn (I used a clowed stone fibro knife haven't tested it with anything else though). you can not leave there area as after doing so, the blocks stop respawning (although the boss says so you can still kill it). Great source of income, enjoy!
