Extremely Low FPS

My friend and myself both have really low FPS, pretty much unplayable (platforming is impossible). My computer can easily handle most other titles, and it's well above the requirements, but the FPS is making it unplayable. Also, the intro video lagged and stuttered, if that helps.

I read your response in the other thread that this is a resource-intensive game and some low FPS is normal, but if a computer is above your requirements it should be playable. If this is unfixable is there any way we can get a refund?

Hello! We are currently working on solving the Low FPS problems. It would really help us if you could send a bug report by pressing f4 in-game or whenever the frame rate drops. This will send us information of what's currently happening in the game and why the low fps might be caused. In the meanwhile please take a look at this post. I'm not using my integrated chip, so I don't think that's the problem. I played a bit in singleplayer and it was okay until some sarahul appeared, then the FPS went back to being really low (and I submitted a bug report then). I'll test multiplayer later and make sure my co-op partner wasn't using his integrated chip (he was host, but experiencing just as low/lower FPS), and see if that helps.
