what a disgrace of hitboxes and flourish timing is nuts.

Anyone have tips on using parry/flourish? Having trouble with the timing for this especially on the armored knights on insane/veryhard mode. Any help will be appreciated.

I'm on win10, newest version, using xbone controller. I enter the tutorial and I have to hold the Right Stick down constantly so the camera stops turning. Is there a camera lock option or something?
