there is a chance for anything to happen, but no it is very highly doubted the game will ever be available again. the game owner now has walked away after all the court drama. at least pavel has came out smelling of tainted rainbows. lol
true, there is what digital keys were released before, but no new ones will be. officially what is out there, is out there or a "pirated/illegal copy" of it. GLHF o7
But to answer your question anyway, the base game key is around $3 USD on sites like kinguin and cdkeys. I have no idea how trustworthy those sites are.
I already own the DLC from years ago but doing a quick search shows that only Chernobyl and Aftermath are still available. But you would have to pay over $400 USD. So based on that pricing i would say it's the same as being impossible.
So to sum it up we have 2 OG games:
1) Spintires made by Pavel, published by Oovee.
2) We also have MudRunner, which is basically a re-released version of Spintires. It is published by Saber, but it's still Pavel's creation mostly, and it uses the same engine as original Spintires (VeeEngine - Pavel's own custom engine that he developed single-handedly as his pet project while he was working @ Saber Russia)
And we also have a line-up of so-called next-gen spiritual successors / sequels / spin-offs, built on Saber's own in-house custom engine (Swarm Engine), all made by Saber Russia with minimal Pavel involvement in the process (a consultant according to SnowRunner credits, not sure about other 2 games):
3) SnowRunner (released and had major success)
4) Expeditions (released and flopped hard)
5) RoadCraft (not released yet)
