Does this game still lock out Acts?

I was clearing and organizing my wishlist and rediscovered this game. I rewatched TB's video and remembered the locking out of acts, causing grinding concerns. Have the devs fixed this problem? And have they fixed other problems that TB brings out?

acts you beat are still being locked
but alot of the other problem he points out have been fixed for example you get 500 ammo per powerup and you lose only equiped power ups at least in normal mode havent tested the other modes jet
havent lost any of my good powerups jet
just use some cheap powerups when you are low health

Glad to hear. I'm going through some other games I already own, but this definently will stay on my wishlist to be bought when I finally catch up on my games. Thanks for the response.
