Hi gamers. I am tring to fix this black screen bug. I need more informations, such as your OS and you screen resolution. Can you provide this to me please?

So the blackscreen problem solved and now I can get into the game... but I get this very loud static noise in the background. I think I have an onboard realtek audio (but I tryed it with a headphone with built in soundcard, same thing). I had no problem with any sound in any game till this day....

I have just bought the game and it will not launch which is strange. does this need a specific piece of software to run? i recently did a clean windows 8.1 install if that help. Thanks in advance.
