screen tearing?
Since the new patch, which hasn't seemed to change my performance either way (good or bad), I've now got rough screen tearing.

I initially tried in-game fps cap. Didn't work. Went into my NVIDIA Control Panel and set an FPS limit of 60 to match my monitor refresh rate. I still get screen tearing.

Anyone else? Any ideas on what else I can try?

Go into Nvidia control panel and set vsync to apative (don't try the other as they kill FPS)
