Is it possible to increase the speed / difficulty in the campaign mode?

Hi, I'm watching gameplay videos about the campaign mode and I noticed that they are quite slow.

Is it possible to somehow speed the game up? like a different difficulty level or similar setting so that we don't need to go through slow stages if we're used to this type of games?

No, the story mode is more of a introduction mode. If you are looking for a really hard challenge you can play the Rogue Rider Mode. Its faster and overall more challenging. The endless mode also gets faster the further you get.
