the game is in china, and in china, you can't just publish a game but wait for the government to consent. this process usually take years.

Hello, currently there is an Astral Party mobile closed beta test for japan. It looks like they are running off different servers however, when it is released (soon) its not likely you can merge your STEAM account to it. Haven't heard if there will be a global release for mobile that has cross progression, only that japan mobile/DMM version.
