Hello! BSOD usually appears when a hardware fails (for an example, I accidentally opened xbox app while launching another game from Steam, this caused Riot Games App to launch and made my CPU driver failed to process.) You might also have an OS failure. ı can't really comment this error until you can learn reproduce the same error and send the screenshot or send the STOP CODE near the QR code when BSOD fails. BSOD also causes a kernel panic to the computer so we can't just blame Source for that.
