I have changed the steam client language to Chinese and now the game texts are in Chinese, but there are no captions/subtitles to the radio and people talking to me. I have tried to type cc_lang schinese or cc_lang spanish and there are still no subtitles in any language at all. Tried to play in English too but still can't see any captions, did I miss anywhere in the setting?
