Kingdoms are constantly waging war
Even though we have a force of 3000, they say we are stronger than a kingdom of 8000.

War is the only activity the game has, so it's going to throw it at you constantly.

That faction strength number can be misleading. A lot of it could be garrisons instead of patrolling clan parties.
This constant war destroyed my enjoyment of the game. Can I set it if I install the diplomacy mode?
I personally need war as I'm always 3000 to 5000 below in monthly expenses. Took 3 towns and they were all given away to others.

I wonder what happens when you maxed out all construction? Can't retrieve money you put into a settlement right?

The Diplomacy mod gives you a lot of options in managing how the game handles war. If you get it, make sure you read over those options carefully so you know what you're changing.

It is not possible to get back the money you invested. I do not have such a problem. Because there is always war.

Why isn't it possible? If you focus on prosperity growth in your towns, tax increase, and unless you stack your garrison over the pipe with high tier units they should give surplus income each month. Then it just come down to how long you will be playing before you got it all back.

To do that, there must be a war. Extra income is required for the soldiers in the garrison. Since there is a constant war, there is a lot of looting and I have no income. I guess the last resort is to install the diplomacy mode.
