How to lock training of troops in garrison.
There should be a option to lock a certain number of troops in the garrison by type, say I only want 30 legionaires and 100 imperial trained troops, when I go away and come back some of the imperial trained have turned into veterans etc without any control, over tiime the wage bill just keeps going up, I know you can lock garrisons by wage, but would be good if you can lock number of troop types.

Not sure why this is a problem. Just go there every now and then, bring recruits and exchange them for veterans. Since money is your main concern, this should be cheaper than recruiting veterans and/or upgrading units with your armies.

Your best bet is the mod Improved Garrisons. With it, you can fine tune your garrison troops however you want.

It also does a lot more, so be sure to RTFM if you use it.

Because I want to have more control & be efficient with things thats why, thats why people have popular mods because its a aspect people like to control. Maybe you dont find it a problem others do.
