This special event is organized to celebrate World Animal Day and aims to raise awareness about animal welfare and conservation. We’ve got some awesome news for you! We just dropped a new update for Zoo Simulator Prologue and we’re excited to share all the details with you! 🎉

First off, we've been working tirelessly on optimization since the prologue's release, and now we're bringing you the results of all that hard work! 💪🔥

🔧 WHAT’S NEW?

Game should no longer crash when opening Zoo in Turkish language
Fixed flickering of grass and some trees
Improved optimization

We want to give a huge thank you to all of you for your engagement and support. It’s thanks to your feedback and patience that we can keep improving our game. You guys are amazing! 🙌❤️

Patch 1.0.2

Hello ZOO Managers! 👋

The update is live! 💪 We’ve finished working on one of the things you’ve been pointing out as the biggest obstacle to being able to fully enjoy the game- performance issues! 🔥

The new update brings a lot of optimization to the game- mostly in terms of RAM and VRAM usage but this will also help to keep your FPS higher and more stable!

Here are all the other changes we’re introducing to the game:

Fixed the crashes in Japanese, Korean and Turkish translations,
Adjusted the default mouse sensitivity; (those of you who adjusted it on your own may have to do it again as the game may change it to the new default setting),
Added reactions of the animals to the washer 👍,
Added information about the size of the enclosure to the enclosure info cards,
Fixed the Steam Deck support - some elements of the UI have been resized and the cutscene at the end of the tutorial has been fixed to display properly

We’re doing our best to deliver full support for the Steam Deck, introduce the fixes to the Prologue and all that while working on the full version. At the very beginning, we would like to thank each of you for your feedback, opinions, and ideas. 🤝

💡 We are constantly writing down all your suggestions, and the bugs you have found and the whole team is working to fix them. Today we come to you with the first patch to Prologue.

FULL LIST OF CHANGES IN PATCH 1.0.1

Increase start budget
Rebind controls in Decoration/Building System to more intuitive
Add an Open Tablet button hint (On the inventory bar)
Add a thin blue outline on old decoration when are any in enclosure - when the player enters the enclosure
Add NEW label on every new opinion
Add green bloom around enclosure button in adopt view when - enclosure fits to current selected animal
Fix floating animal cage in 2nd enclosure
Fix error with save after loading game with no decoration after we have any
Add gender symbol on Animal Name Window
