Cheap ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥t Boss Battles, stay away from this game.
In short, this game is fun until you hit any of the Boss Battles.
These Boss Battles are not fun.
They are a pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥tl with unfair mechanics and ♥♥♥♥ balance.

This game sucks so hard, everyone should sue them for putting this ♥♥♥♥ game on Steam for 14,99 Euro! This is straight up highway robbery of the worst kind.

If you really want to play this ♥♥♥♥ piece of software and you dont want to pirate this ♥♥♥♥ then go out and buy a 2 Buck copy of the Ps2 Version (from which luckily this company will not get a single Cent), install PCsx2 und emulate it on your Pc for way cheaper than this steam Rip Off

Or how about, I dunnno, get good at the game? You have to play the side missions to raise your skills and money to buy upgrades. The only real downfall to this game has always been its too short.

This is a console port (sadly) and console games often use tricks on boss fights. The company that made the game (and ported it too?) had never made a PC game before, iirc. I'm sure there are guides around for tips and statigies.

I wouldn't say the game is "♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥," it's actually pretty fun.

What does warrant some criticism, however, is the fact that a lot of fans of this game are part of the whole 'dis game iz way bettr than Red Dead Redemption cuz it iz an older game and iz moar original,' which to me doesn't make any sense at all. Red Dead had much more exploration, more realistic, gritty combat, better visuals, and better overall gameplay. This, on the other hand, is just an old game that happens to be enjoyable, but pales in comparison to Red Dead.

I mean, Gun isn't a good game, and I have no idea how it's got Very Positive reviews here, but I don't remember any of the bosses really being all that big a deal back when I played it.

it’s...a fun game at its core, not much replayability tho, once you do everything and experienced the shallow ending your probably not going to pick it up again..
and aside from the final boss (which has the worst mechs I've ever seen) most of the bosses were pushovers and easlily exploitable (unless your not getting the upgrades)

I haven't played Red Dead Redemption but know about it. I wouldn't say us fans think GUN is better because of cours it isn't, RDR is newer so of course it would be better. We just get tired of folks thinking RDR is the first to start an open world western when clearly it wasn't.

GUN paved the way. It was an awesome game for what it gave us at the time. Red Dead Redemption simply was passed the torch.

GUN was the stuff back when it came out. I remember seeing the TV ads, and when I bought it for PS2 my mind was blown. This was an AAA game once. I thought the game was on the easy side, so idk what you are talking about with the boss fights. Probably need to build your character up more before attempting.

Kids are so spoiled in vidya games these days they cannot appreciate effort or thinking and blinking at the same time. :magdis::steamsalty:

I just bought the game now on steam but ended it 3 times on gamecube.
While im agree some boss fights can be really hard, they are not unfair, if you upgrade your caracter by playing side missions and all it can become actually easy.

What difficulty are you doing? Do yiu have upgrades? Because its easy as hell so far.

This is actually quite a good game and I enjoyed it a lot when it was released. The boss fights are quite easy tbh, just put some sweat in to it. Its called a BOSS fight for a reason.

Grow a pair.

This is a late reply, but dont be put off.
I am a 61 yr old guy with the reflexes of a drunk slug on crutches and I beat the game.
I have 49% of side quests done and find it a pretty fun game though graphics are a bit dated.
