I wont be posting any real spoilers here, but in the first few hours of this VN I have read about:
1) A university laid out suspiciously like a high school
2) A high school (university) cafeteria where you can get steaks and "meat cutlets"
3) A basketball game where you kick the ball instead of dribbling and apparently no fouls are called.

Not to mention a rapidly climbing body count. Fun stuff so far! :D
