i survived now like over 20 runs without dashing over 15 mins, its still not unlocked. is it a bug??

got this game yesterday on cheap, played it today, it's fairly decent, but there are a couple of things that irk me 1, being limited to four weapons and four powerups doesn't really kinda feel good. having so many weapons and powerups, while only having 3 and 4 slots really make it a slog when you have a bunch of weapons unlocked 2, it really feels awkward how some characters have genually better ults than others, like i can easily get a legendary under 5 minutes with the thief or plague doctor, while th...

As a mouse & keyboard player, I discovered there is no way to cycle scrolls... (LMB or RMB ?) If there is, I haven't found it yet.
