Yeah, I had this issue too. I just restarted that section and it then it gave me the option to heal him.

I restarted whole espisode 3 times, and i have the same problem always.

I am having this same problem. I've restarted the level at least 5 times. Every time, the invisible wall stops me from healing him. One time I spammed ESC and got past the invisible wall. There was still no option to heal.

The game is broken for some players. I'm contacting UBISOFT and if they can't fix it I'll ask for a refund. The game is faulty and unless they can provide a fix, my countries consumer laws make me eligible for a refund.

No it isn't broke. Anna has to lift the gondola with the cable 3 times and have Walt pull Karl each time it gets lifted. then she can go down and heal him. Walt has to pull Karl farther than it looks like he needs to. I just got past that part a min ago after thinking it was bugged.

Nope, it's bugged.
I've tried verious combinations of moving Karl. None of them have worked. I've watched videos of other players with the bug and players without the bug. It's completely ♥♥♥♥.
Then I played on an XP machine and it worked first time. Pretty sure it's a Windows 8.1 problem. UbiSoft support is totally useless too.

I posted this answer to my post and it works great for me. When you get to the part with the invisible wall just get out of fullscreen and attack the wall. You will push through the wall and be able to heal Karl!

Even if you can get past the wall, there is no gaurentee you can heal Karl.

I had this issue too, had to restart the level.

when the invisible wall blocked me, I minimized the game and after that, tried attacking and I got through, no invisible wall.

I don't think there is a single solution that works for everyone. I've gotten past the invisible wall by spamming the main menu. When I got through, I still had no option to heal. I beat the level by playing on an windows 7 pc.

Attacking the wall solved the problem for me, although I didn't need to exit fullscreen mode.
