Is there a way to play this out of fullscreen in Windowed
Wondering because I don't see the option in the video settings. Is there a button or something or nah?

You can either add the launch options (-window or -fullscreen) to Steam/Shortcut or use the ScreenWindowedOn/Off.reg scripts included with the Patch_Extras/Player Mods folder.

i'm actually having the opposit problem, trying to play full screen but seems impossible

Is your resolution set to native for your display?
