removing the .dll is what worked.
Oh maybe you're on to something there. This is also a gaming laptop that I had this issue with.
Other than it being a gaming laptop and not a desktop, there isnt anything special. Intel CPU, nvidia GPU, and Windows 11 Pro.
Mine is a Windows 11 Home edition laptop with a built in Radeon Graphics card. It is a budget laptop so it would be one of the lower end integrated Radeon cards.
