Framerate issues?

Hello! I have an AMD graphics card and lots of ram, but no matter how low I drop the settings, I can't seem to consistently get over 20 frames, with large drops when entering new areas. I attempted to stream the game earlier and couldn't continue due to it.

If anyone else has had this problem, did you find a way to fix it? If so, could you share?

Yeah, I am having the same problem too. I tried lowing the frames and lowing the graphics but nothing is working. We probably going to have to wait for the next update.

So far display capture is working for it

seems this game has frame issues for alot of people at least i'm not the only one putting setting to its lowest and can;t get a steady frame rate either
