Unknown 3AM easter egg.

in the main lobby after the starting line at 3AM go to the frankie statue and you will see a sign saying its closed. and if you listen by that statue you will hear very creepy sounds and morse code translating to "DID YOU KILL HIM" not many people know about this thats why im posting this Proof: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/3qYOEUctcF4 SIDENOTE: It MUST actually be 3AM setting the clock back DOES NOT WORK

Set my pc time back around 2 hours so i got into the area at 3:00-3:01 and nothing happened, i dont doubt that this is real but something is telling me this isnt triggered correctly.
edit: should also note i tried unloading and reloading the area post 3 am to see if it triggered and nothing.
