Solution for windows 10
I have the solution for playing this game on windows 10. Go to: https://fdossena.com/?p=wined3d/index.frag and donwload the current version of WINED3D. The put the rar files: d3d9.dll, dxgi.dll, wined3d.dll and ddraw.dll in the instalation folder and done! All windows 10 problems fixed, even the black cutscenes ones!

this is the only real solution. other things wont' work for me.
