its like the game was murdered it didnt just Stop working on its own. Steams own internal handling of the game is to blame. since the fix for jc2 not launching on windows 10 systems is to replace steams bugged .exe with a working .exe sourced externally from steam https://tmpfiles.org/dl/18647471/justcause2.zip sorry the link is dead by the time you read this.. unless you message me some how within steam to hook you up with a working justcause2.exe

The game still amazing after all these years, can't understand why it's died - it looks great and still plays great. *That executable file error is fixable - takes just 10 sec.
