After she leaves in the desert, if you return to the swamp and examine the stone near the door that requires two handles or the tree inside the manor she reappears to talk about them.

One Minor bug I have been running into is clipping through the stairs in the library. This is normally fix when you exit the library and go back in. I am hoping this will not come up in a dungeon.
