Controller support is a joke. Since there is no Bluetooth in the headset the controllers have to connect to your PC and the range on them is unusable. If anything get's in front of them they will lose connection. You might be able to get around this with other controllers but for how expensive this adapter is you would think it would work out of the box. Ended up returning the adapter.

Much like game consoles, it doesn't work very well at the intended purpose, and much like game consoles, the PC offers better alternatives. There's numerous complaints that the app doesn't work well with a lot of PC hardware, resulting in the console peasant peripherals not detecting properly.

We've just found an entirely new way that consoles have made gaming worse for everyone.

Aside from the limitations that Sony has done in the development removing features like eye-tracking/adaptive buttons/triggers, the implementation of the PSVR2 for SteamVR works very well. The setup/tutorial is easy to understand & follow. If you are looking for social VR use, please look into other resources like Space Calibrator & OVR Advanced Settings.

After a few months aka nearly a year. I finally figured out how to keep my controllers working.
The sudden axis stuck in place for 10 seconds was making me crazy.
I was thinking about selling the vr and buying another one. not psvr2 obviously.
But i've tried a thing before doing this step.
For people who are have the same problem. where the axis just sits on the same spot and like yea im not moving anymore.

Fix i did is. well its a horrible fix but it works.
bought 2 cables of 3 meter length and plugged it in the USB on the PC and controller.
I said it cant be worse then what it is now. and now it works without the weird axis being stuck in place.
Tried it on a few games and no glitches nothing. i can finally play vr.
Only down part is when playing games where you need to smack stuff. cables are flying all over too

Doesn't work with 1080Ti / Pascal Architecture cards.

A must have for PCVR if you own the PS VR2. Setup was easy, even with a 3rd party adapter. I haven't run into any issues that were caused by this app.
