Can someone explain why this happens

So everything I get to the "prepare your device" part it crashes the room playarea setup, gives me a error message saying "unreal engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost" then after I press ok It says I have to check the display port even tho it is a 1.4 or higher, my graphics card does support it, and I have a Nvida RTX 4060

Enable the integrated graphics in the bios and device manager if it has been disabled.

Set the primary display adapter as PCI-Express Graphics and enable iGPU-Multi-Monitor which will enable the integrated graphics but keep the dedicated graphics card as the main display adapter.

Uninstall any older graphics card driver software, for example if you've recently upgraded to a 4060, you should uninstall the previous graphics card software with Display Driver Uninstaller.

You may want to also update the Nvidia graphics card software afterwards if it hasn't been updated in a while.

Afterwards uninstall the PlayStation VR2 app and reinstall it again. Then restart the computer before loading the PlayStation VR2 app.

PSVR2 and adapter is very expensive to not work in any Notebook or PC that does not have a display port connection
