Regarding the storyline
"Immortal Mantis" and "Immortal Mantis: Revenge"
I have completed the game and achieved both endings, but I'm still not clear about the storyline. Does the Mantis Man truly exist, or is the Mantis Man merely a representation of the good and evil within human nature, suggesting that as long as humans exist, there will always be good and evil (embodied by the Mantis Man)?

The Mantis really exists. Your description is closer to the entity than the masked man. The entity manipulates situations to feed on human sin. The ending 2 basically tells you that the entire mantis story was just one of many others that "dad" participates.

Today, I revisited the plot again. The beginning of the second work mentions "WITHOUT REALIZING IT, AKIN RELEASED AN OLD ENTITY FROM ITS PRISON." An old entity was released from prison, but what exactly is this entity? I'm still a bit confused. Forgive my foolishness.:steamhappy:

Is this entity a supernatural legend? Akin unwittingly freed it, and it attaches itself to humans, feeding on human sins. Fuyuki is also possessed by it.

The entity was born from sin and needs more to stay alive. The dagger is what connects it with the material world.

When Mantis kills someone, part of the soul remains in the dagger. So when Sergei's younger sister was murdered by Fuyuki she was able to create this barrier. She would only hand over the dagger to someone she trusts, but Fuyuki/Mantis tricked her, making Akin release it and killing him shortly afterwards.
