A belated happy new year to everyone. What better time than now to take a moment to reflect and look back on all the progress we've made in the last 12 months - and we've made plenty!

From a complete UI overhaul to tons of QoL improvements, new objects and animations to bug fixes, we're getting closer and closer to a release-ready build.

But why read all this when you can see it for yourself -- watch the video below and see us put a build from exactly one year ago side-by-side with our latest build for comparison.

On top of that, we're also hoping to get a demo ready in the next month - and once we do, we'll make sure to release an update.

We've got so much new updates to share! The last time we updated the steam store page, it was 2023 and we were deep into the alpha phase of development. We had just the bare bones of the game to show - and it was just us, a development team of four, doing all the heavy lifting.

How things have changed.

We are proud to announce that we've recently just hit our beta milestone!
During these past handful of months, we've worked our way to becoming officially feature complete (and picked up shortlists at SXSW Sydney and the Southeast Asia Game Awards along the way). That means the next few months will be dedicated to implementing new content - quests, items and objects, UI improvements, animations and music - and bug crunching.

And our brand new trailer shows off a lot of our progress. To coincide with our participation in Steam's Cooking Fest, we've totally revamped our store page to show off our new trailer, new screenshots and even new key art! We're even playing a dev stream where Mark, Neil and Ricardo do a quick playthrough just for the event, so do check that out on the main store page.


They've been a game changer for us, and are investing in playtests and QA in order to ensure that when we release some time in the first half of 2025, you're getting a solid day one build of the game.

We took you through the core gameplay in our last video - now, we're diving deeper into the mechanics. In fact, we actually want to try to build a decent looking diner - not the pitiful excuse for an intergalactic cantina we managed in our last stream. Easier said than done, but LFG.

Quick note - this will be a pre-recorded video (it will be recorded just a few hours before it is broadcast). That's because livestreaming isn't our forte, and the myriad of technical difficulties that come with a 4-person stream across various time zones is honestly quite stressful. It'll be great all the same!
