Game freezes when luring the creature in the submarine
As soon as I trap the creature in the room the game freezes, I've tried reloading but this happens everytime. A wme lite runtime error sometimes comes up too. Anyone else experience this?

Hmm. This is strange. Could you please send me your savegame at jan.kavan[at]cbe-software.com I will look into it. I don't think it was reported before.

Edit: I just played through that scene myself and it behaved correctly. Let's look at your savegame to see what's amiss...

Edit2: Oh, and in case you are wondering where the savegames are located, it's here:
C:\Users\Profile's name\AppData\Roaming\JULIAAtSR for Full HD and
C:\Users\Profile's name\AppData\Roaming\JULIAAtSDR for HD ready version

I reset my computer and now it works just fine :) Would you still like me to send the savegame?

Please do, I will still want to look if there is lurking something I might be able to fix. :) I am glad you could continue, though.

This happened to me too with the linux version, will try to reboot the computer to see if it happens again.

I can confirm that rebooting resolved this issue. One other detail I wish to provide is that steam also became unresponsive every time this happened until i rebooted..

this is happening to me only its happening on my new hp notebook laptop. I don't have that hermes alpha problem on here which is good but now I have this problem happening on xenobia.

Had the same prob. Killed the game, started the puzzle again and it worked.

Hmm. I was never able to replicate it myself but somehow it's connected with memory issues. Can you try killing applications in background? Some of the AV and video grabbing software makes this happen. :(

Killing and restarting the game did it for me - so I dunno ;)

Not sure if you want to know: On the second Playthrough it didn't happen.

Thank you. It's important for me to have verified that there is something unusual (I myself was never able to replicate this).

I've been suffering from this as well. Several times, across reboots, it's been pretty consistent. I haven't been seeing the runtime error pop up, so it might be a different issue at the same place...

Edit: It didn't do it this time. Looks like I was just unlucky the first few times...

Currently experiencing this issue on Windows 10. Restarting the game and my computer (separately, of course) did not help. Emailing that save file in hopes it can still help you (and/or me), Mr. Developer.

Same problem here. Restarting didn't work :(
