I find it suspicious how many how many save files there are, but I didn't make any choices. is there multiple endings?

The original supposed lost media was supposed to be a gore anime. Should i expect descriptions of wounds in text? Some kind of blood overlay put over character cutouts? Or detailed drawings/animations? I know gore ain't exactly a thing easy to push by steam but it is something that i... don't enjoy per se, but it lets me process various pain i lived through myself.
