After launching the game, the initializing screen comes up then freezes. The game is still responding but ive left it for and hour+ and no change. Tried reinstalling and verifying game cache but neither have had any effect.

Untouched operations are in red while those touched are in white. Isn't supposed to become white if we complete all buildings? I don't know which ones I didn't completely did nowdays!
