Else it started immediatly for me without any trouble.
Only asume using compatibility for Windows XP SP3 or Windows 7 should work.
Else often changing "high dpi" to "program" fixes issues.
But as mentioned, for me it just runs fine. Only thing I got, it's on drive C, some games have issues if they're on D or E.
try gpu driver settings. for nvidia it works like a charm for 60 FPS no lag no tearing just a perfrect running game..again
With every other option, .ini included didn't work and it used the max of 120 Hz my screen could do.
