3000+ Builds?

Anyone figured out a build that can get you past level 3000 in this new patch?

The bounties no longer "infinitely" scale after the recent patch, so I'm guessing the only way is to keep upgrading the books that have scaling multipliers, but are there any shards that have good synergies or artifact combinations that work well? Is dumping all the champion stat points into attack speed the way, or should we consider his raw damage again?

After the champion is level 60, you can go hard on artefact slots and then stack bounty effects, it's pretty nice. Will need to invest into the Crown system though to push further.
