-% cost reduction / non-boss health

... what happens if these stats are less than 100%? Or are these stats multiplicative or in other words: complete trash!?

non-boss health can be reached with 4x lvl4-5 shards. Cost reduction can be reached with world bonus + artifacts. Did someone already test this?

Complete trash.
Here you can see the effect of 14 artifacts reducing the cost of the tower level: https://prnt.sc/W0Nzi-Tbq3U7
Currently the best result with my 14 artifacts was: 2 bounties effect and 12 more gold. I don't know if there's a better combination for artifacts than that, tought.

thx for testing that out - i guessed it worked multiplicative otherwise it would be kinda broken. Damn you have many artifacts :D
