I maybe wrong, but since update ModTools has only worked once for me on 2 different PC's. After that I cant open it up again

Zonable pedestrian paths was giving me an empty map on loading and Fine Road Heights was giving me an error message (already in the list)
I had to pick up Traffic++ to replace it then all worked.
