Of course you will need to change out the name "George" for yours, but from here you will see a folder named Saves. Of coarse from there you can remove any or all city saves.
TIP to others.
This "Saves" folder is the one to back-up in order to protect your cities in the event of a drive failure. Which happened to me and lost years of work to my main city. Time to rebuild and improve...again.
