Howto: show only the mods (or other items) you are subscribed to in the Workshop
EDIT: I created a more detailed guide here: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/255710/discussions/0/2152098589076805040/?tscn=1609199547

EDIT2: timstim_x pointed out that the tags are back! If you visit your subscribed items in the workshop, right next to the icon for your account avatar in the upper left corner there is an item Select Game: If you pick Cities:Skylines from there, the categories will be displayed on the right again! I will also update the guide with more detail and pictures.

I forget where I saw this but it's an amazing tip since managing mods drove me crazy until I saw it. I'm sure it's been covered before but posting again with the new DLC drop and everyone no doubt needing to be able to adjust their current mods.

1. Go to gtm.steamproxy.vip from inside your web browser of choice. This will not work in the Steam client.

2. Then go to your subscribed items by visiting the CS:Workshop ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/255710/workshop/ ), click on the Browse menu at the bottom of the Cities:Skylines graphical header near the top of the workshop page, then select Subscribed items from the pull down menu.

3. Once you are in your subscribed items, the url in the browser should end in &browsefilter=mysubscriptions. If so, to filter your subscribed items: add the tag for what you want by pasting the below to the end of the URL with no spaces:

&requiredtags[0]=Tag

Substitute the word Tag for what you want to filter. Some examples:

For Mods: &requiredtags[0]=mod
For Props: &requiredtags[0]=prop
For Trees: &requiredtags[0]=tree
For Map Themes: &requiredtags[0]=map+theme

Note on the last example that tags with a space like Map Theme need to use a + instead of the space in the URL you construct. The URL should have NO SPACES in it.

Anything that is in the menu down the right side (the two sections Browse By Tag or Assets) in the top level Workshop view from step 2 are fair game for this tip.

Once you get your URL working, bookmark it for easy access :)

Remember: to the left of the & in the examples above is the rest of a long URL that's specific to you. Your just adding the &requiredtags[0]=Tag to the end of the URL that's already there, with no spaces!

Thanks! I tried to be careful to make it clear to even the newest player without being overly verbose (which is a lot harder than most people think!)

Super helpful thanks!

A little random fact: Did you know that originally we had all the categories of the workshop when looking at subscriptions? For some reason Steam removed them, but at least the tags still work.

To see what the tags are for any specific category, you just go to it and it's at the top in the url. Super handy for sorting subscriptions. ^^

No - I don't use many of the community functions on Steam but I'll see about adding it to the Guide section - thanks for the tip.

Yes, I found some other threads/comments that talked about them being there, but I never saw them - then someone (who I wish I had kept so I could credit them) posted about appending to the end of the URL and I had used that for a while. With the pending arrival of Sunset Harbor I knew being able to sort through Mods would be a hot topic so I created the post. I'm glad it was helpful for everyone!

Also it showed show Assets count because have to get to Content Manager to see how many you have besides Loading Screen and also if you put an Asset in Maps folder will load but Assets folder it won't.
