The babble of this character gets on my nerves

Anyone know how I can stop the chatter?
The comments and remarks are funny, but because I usually have an audio book running in the background, I can't understand it most of the time.
I tried everything in the option but found nothing.

If you own the original game (Viscera Cleanup Detail) and launch this DLC through it there's an option to turn off character chatter, but this version (on account of being an effectively free standalone) is outdated and doesn't have that option. You could probably just turn down the volume though.
